Buckner Orphan Care International is part of Buckner, one of the

Founded in 1879 as Buckner Orphan's Home in Dallas, Texas, Buckner

to the restoration and care of children, families and senior adults.
In 1995, Buckner expanded internationally after Russian officials
requested the agency's expertise in helping them overcome mounting
problems in their country's orphanages. Buckner realized it had
the unique opportunity to utilize its knowledge in the areas of
childcare and social services to make a difference in the lives
